Each step I take is a triangulation of community and organizational needs and best practices to ensure effective optimization while caring for the humans in each organization— staff and clients.
Based outside of Baltimore, I work to support those who support children, families, and communities.
My work intersects with several fields and roles: implementation support, coalition backbone support, developmental evaluation, community-engaged service planning and co-design, planned adaptation, change management, organizational development, capacity-building, technical assistance, and quality improvement.
